Red Sector 1

Red Sector 1 is a Canada and Mexico-based synthpop band that has enjoyed a creative resurgence over the past four years, releasing a stream of new music that fuses classic 1980s-inspired synthpop with darkwave and new wave influences. The current lineup features Michael Davis (synthesizers, electronics), Andrew B (lead vocals, electronics), and Carlos Pereira (guitars, drums, backing vocals). Together, they continue to evolve the band's signature sound while building a growing international audience. Recent releases include the album Rise Again and the singles Make it Count, Cool Cars, and Living Mexico. With new music on the horizon and a renewed creative vision, Red Sector 1 continues to craft melodic, emotionally driven electronic music that bridges the classic synth-pop era with a modern edge.
