Breath of Illusions

Breath of Illusions is the personal journey of Juan Alvarado — singer, guitarist, composer, and producer driven by a passion for storytelling through sound. Blending progressive rock with cinematic textures, his music is inspired by bands like Dream Theater and Pink Floyd, while carving a voice of its own. Through expressive guitar work and evolving compositions, he explores themes of war, love, purpose, and self-reflection. Behind the project lies a balance between two worlds, a demanding professional career and a deep commitment to music, where discipline fuels creativity and emotion shapes every note. Breath of Illusions is more than a project; it’s a reflection of life, told through music. Following Hectic Times, 2026 marks the release of three new albums — Walking the Unknown, Surrender and Whispers of Eternity — bringing together 18 new songs.
