This made sense offline. EXP, the Amsterdam based label founded by KAMAE & Bertholet takes curated groups of artists, strangers who've never met, and puts them together in a real place with a real story. Four camps in four different countries, an entire album each time. 2023 - Italy. The first camp came from a simple need to get people in a room together, an escape from the loneliness of making music alone behind a screen. Simeon, davecreates and Milk Tape were the first collaborators to join the project. That week produced the album Different Days. 2024 - The UK is where EXP grew up. The group was curated for chemistry. Darrell Cole, Eklipse, Ayeisha Raquel, Jaydonclover, Thierry Ganz, Drex Carter & Nikhil all joined the EXP family, resulting in Sky/Shore/Sea. 2025 - France. By now it became clear that the choice of location was essential. BINA., Meron T, SAMSON, JAY MALAKHI, Frsh Waters, GINGE, Samwyse, Monét & Mitchell Yard all became part of the family. That week resulted in It Starts With Us. It just crossed one million streams. ​2026 - Morocco. EXP's most culturally rich project yet. The label went to work closely with the artists already there. Rhita Nattah, Samir BS and Salah Fafah opened up their culture to Gaidaa, femdot., Ohana Bam, Melle Jutte, Akemi Fox, Deyah and Apollo Vizion.
