Biography & Metadata

Dead Tired was born as a fun, informal project for members whose main focus sits elsewhere - from arena-touring rock bands to recording studios, tattoo shops, and other creative pursuits. Over time, the group developed a method to their chaos, balancing life’s demands with their shared need to make heavy, unfiltered music. What’s their secret? Friendship. They spend more time sharing dinners, top-shelf scotch, and cigars than they do rehearsing, and that comfort translates into their sound. There are no wrong choices, only choices made. With no pressure to rush releases, Dead Tired works slowly and intentionally, ensuring every song is something they all stand behind. Each record becomes a document of where they are collectively, and something they’re proud to put into the world. Dead Tired continue to evolve by letting ideas breathe before committing them to tape. Once released, there’s no turning back. This brings us to Hamilton hardcore outfit’s latest LP, Hornets of Fall: their fourth full-length, a 12-track barrage that hits every angle: fast, slow, sharp, and heavy. If you want it fast… of course. If you need it slow… why not. If you demand a riff… wait a sec. If you want blood… you got it. Either way, this is their strongest record yet. It kicks off hard and absolutely rips.
