Renate

Renate, originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, is a DJ and music producer. From a young age, she developed a deep passion for music production, heavily influenced by Latin sounds. Over time, she established herself as one of Colombia’s leading producers. A DJ since 2011 and a resident at one of the country’s top clubs, La Movida Cartagena, she honed her skills and built a reputation for delivering epic party experiences. Renate has performed at many of Colombia’s most iconic clubs, including Octava Club, Clandestino, Salón Amador, and Sci, among others. Her talent has also led her to play at major festivals such as Tomorrowland, Baum Festival, Wild Brunch, Tierra Groove in Mexico, and international events like Miami Music Week. Her music has been supported by some of the world’s most renowned DJs, including RÜFÜS DU SOL, Diplo, Blond:ish, John Summit, Hernán Cattáneo, Bedouin, Nic Fanciulli, Afrojack, and many more. Her work has been released on globally recognized labels such as Nervous Records, Thrive Music, Rose Avenue, Abracadabra, Deep Root Tribe, Hurry Up Slowly, Gaira Música Local, Sony Music, among others. Renate is currently collaborating with prominent artists from outside the electronic music scene, including the legendary Carlos Vives, showcasing her versatility and ability to fuse different musical styles.
