Mo•Louie

Mo•Louie is an Australian artist, producer and engineer making bold, surreal pop music built for the dancefloor and beyond. She blends alt-pop, electronica and sound design to create immersive tracks full of texture, drama and emotional grit. Using warped samples, raw foley and striking vocals, Mo crafts entire sonic worlds that are theatrical, chaotic, and deeply intentional. Inspired by her love of underground’s most eccentric and provocative art, each project Mo releases is a full-scale event, shaped by her background in experimental theatre, music and production. Her live performances are equally as intricate, reflecting her deep connection and understanding of performance and production. Mentored by top engineers like Guus Hoevenaars, Anna Laverty and Becki Whitton (Aphir), Mo has produced, mixed and engineered for artists including Adam Noviello, ROMÆO, DOGi KATZ and Dirty Versachi to name a few. A 2021 Music Victoria Awards Best Producer nominee, she also co-hosted Australia’s first MPEG Awards. In 2023, she earned a Creative Victoria grant, released viral singles, and joined International Songwriter Week at Popakadamie in Germany. With her boundary-pushing sound and 15+ years in Melbourne/Naarm’s creative scene, Mo•Louie continues to shape the future of electronic and alt-pop music.
