Principio

Principio is the artist name of Prince Paltu-Ob, a performer born in the Philippines whose path through dance and rhythm naturally evolved into music. Known for his stage presence and instinctive connection to groove, Principio blends funk, Afro-influenced rhythms, and pop into a sound built for movement and feeling. Long before stepping fully into recording, he spent years performing and traveling the world through dance, absorbing cultures, beats, and energy from every place he visited. That experience shaped an artist who moves effortlessly between rhythm, melody, and performance. With a voice, charisma, and musical instinct that feel completely natural on stage, Principio is emerging as a new artist whose sound carries both global rhythm and unmistakable star quality.
