Biography & Metadata

We’re a metal band from Slovakia, built around crushing heaviness, electronic chaos and dark atmosphere rooted in deathcore. For years, we’ve been playing stages across Europe and beyond, building Stercore around one simple thing: making people feel something. Our live shows are intense, physical and immersive. They’re about letting go, breaking free and losing yourself in the moment. No holding back. Just energy, noise and a room full of people going through it together. Part of Impericon’s Next Generation Top 25, we’ve spent years evolving our sound and identity. Our latest EP, For Death We Wait, was produced with Jeff Dunne (Knocked Loose, Motionless In White) and Simone Pietroforte (Distant, Signs of the Swarm), featuring Tom Barber (Darko US, Chelsea Grin) on “Disgust.” Now, something has changed. VOID marks a new era for Stercore. A rebirth of the band both internally and publicly. Darker, colder and more focused, it pushes everything we’ve built into new territory, combining crushing heaviness with electronic textures, tension and atmosphere. This isn’t about forgetting where we came from. It’s about breaking free from it.
