Biography & Metadata

Mr. Ites is a producer, selector and music entrepreneur. started his career as a producer in 2012 and is currently one of the most influential dub stepper producers in Brazil known for his unique and heavy style of reggae with hints of electronic, rock and classical music, produced great works like “Seso Wo Suban” from Carol Afreekana's first dubpoetry in Brazil, “Rootikal Ghetto” and “Black lion” by Guux, two albums from dubs called “Dubbikal Ghetto” and “Do Dub a Plenitude”. His last album came out on the French label KingDUB Records and is called "Brasteppa" mixing Brazilian rhythms with steppa. Director of the label Jah Tallawah alongside Guux they are focused on providing opportunities for the new national artists. He has performed in several cities in Brazil and outside the country alongside big international and national names such as King Alpha, Alpha Steppa, Bunnington Judah, Black Roses Sound System, Revelation Hi Fi, Sanga Mama Africa, Tsunami Wazahari, Nobrutality, Zion Gate , AML, Geografya, I-land Rebel, among others.
