Mágdala

Mágdala’s soulful vocals shimmer between silky, honeyed highs and earthy, jazz-infused depth, peppered with spoken word. Her piquant lyrics convey a dry wit entangled in a shifting feminist perspective as she explores spiritual and sensual connection. 'When I say I’m obsessed with Mágdala I am not exaggerating, I absolutely love the sound she makes… she’s just a phenomenal talent; it’s dulcet, it’s sensual, it’s just stunning' (Sarah Gosling - BBC Introducing) 'Easy mornings and Mágdala's soothing vocals are a recipe for laid back happiness... a must-hear for everyone who loves jazz-infused soul and R&B music.'
