The Stines

The Stines are a 4 piece rock and roll band from the Wirral and play a unique brand of original material. Guaranteed to entertain any crowd with an energetic, loud and lively performance. About our Releases Tempting Fate Driving British rock for the 21st century, with a nostalgic nod to the indie sing-a-long classics of the 1990s   With Tempting Fate the Stines shake off the shackles for a three-minute examination of why every young man should pick up an instrument and sing until their voice gives out. Footsteps guide the listener into a whirlwind of bouncing guitar riffs and tricksy drum fills, driven throughout by a thumping bassline that carries the song to its climax. B Side The Talisman is the soundtrack of the dancefloor and a perfect example of the ferocious energy that is the hallmark of a Stines gig.   Girl   A catchy pop classic from a band best known for their dancefloor stompers.    A bittersweet slab of indie-pop with a chorus to die for, Girl sees the Stines on electric form as they tone down the overdrive and coast through a shimmering examination of love lost and a memory of days gone by. B Side Dance sees the Stines grabbing a slice of 1970s Rock'n'Roll, taking it by the hand and twisting away until the sun comes up.
