Serge Smulders

Working as a lawyer by day, making music at night... Neoclassical pianomusic with touches of jazz, music that raises emotions. Serge started piano playing when he was 9 and soon experimented with little compositions. He found the music notation enormously time consuming. Recording with crappy audio equipment was also a big hassle. He always wanted the technical opportunities to improve and waited for that ... In the meantime (just kidding) he studied law (payed for that by playing in restaurants) and practised as a lawyer. When the technical possibilities developped, it became possible to record his compositions in an affordable and professional way. A few years back he started with producing music for use in media. Learned the technical side of music production. Lately he's more focused on composing music for streaming platforms. A lot of music is also available as sheet music. See Instagram for that. Thanks for listening!
