Biography & Metadata
A Florida boy through and through, Ry Rivers is carving out his own lane in country music with a sound he calls “Blue-Eyed Country Soul.” Raised between the beaches of Pompano Beach and his father’s farm in Okeechobee, Ry blends traditional country storytelling, powerhouse soulful vocals, modern production, and a little coastal Florida sunshine into music built to make people feel something. Since launching the Ry Rivers project, he has quickly built momentum onstage and online. Ry has performed at CMA Fest, multiple BMI songwriter festivals including Key West and Island Hopper, opened for Walker Hayes, performed the National Anthem for the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium, appeared on television across the country, and headlined Key West’s New Year’s Eve celebration for more than 10,000 people. He is also a three-time Josie Music Awards nominee and will make his Bluebird Cafe debut with BMI’s Acoustic Lounge in October 2026. His breakout song “I Can’t Drink Like I Used To” has generated more than 6 million social views, helping introduce audiences to the honesty, humor, heart, and unmistakable voice behind the music. With new music continuing throughout 2026 and 2027 and his debut EP Next Chapter planned for October 2027, Ry Rivers is building something distinctly his own: Florida-born. Soul-driven. Country at heart.
