GANNA

Berlin-based Ukrainian singer, songwriter, and producer GANNA creates music at the crossroads of Ukrainian folklore, electronica, jazz, and improvisation. Drawing on more than a decade of fieldwork across Ukraine, she reimagines ancestral songs and oral traditions as vivid, contemporary soundscapes. Her acclaimed albums KUPALA (2023) and UTOPIA (2025) explore music as a living form of memory, identity, resistance, and renewal. In her solo performances, GANNA builds immersive compositions in real time, combining voice, loops, effects, samples, traditional instruments, and guitaret-synth. Rooted in Ukrainian heritage yet boldly contemporary, her music has reached international audiences through performances at WOMEX, ESNS, and Reeperbahn Festival.
