Biography & Metadata

Thank your for listening. It is wonderful to continue feeling that composing is worthwhile—not just for me. Let me share my state of mind. This time it is represented by blindness, because am I on the right path? I do not know. Despite everything, there is little I can do against the current that carries me away, so I have little room to influence it, and yet I still believe in it. Blindness here means that I do not know whether my decision is the most appropriate or suitable one. And I continue with more questions: what if the person who does not doubt, and believes that the path he or she has chosen is the right one, is also blind like me, but has simply convinced himself or herself that this is not the case? The only thing I can say is that lights—indoors or outdoors, artificial ones—are best seen at night, and when I am gone, the brightest of all, the sun, will still be shining. I am sure I will write about this issue of lights and doubts. I do not doubt that my doubt—my blindness—is good for me, since it keeps me alert, for survival, because what I sometimes see is not what it seems, and for many other reasons.
