Rebelski

Rebelski is a producer, recording artist, composer and performer based in the UK, who achieved his first Beatport No.1 on their Chillout sales chart with his single ‘ The Rift Valley - Original Mix ’. Released on Cadenza records, it featured heavily in the DJ sets of Luciano and other Cadenza personnel and resulted in remixes from label boss Luciano and Cadenza regular Lee van Dowski. Perhaps previously best known for his work with the number one selling and critically acclaimed Manchester band, Doves (having toured and recorded extensively with them playing keyboards). For his own material Rebelski is minimal and filmic in his approach to composition and no stranger to club based productions, having co-wrote and performed on Luciano’s hit single ‘ Rise of Angel - Original Mix ’, which was the internationally renowned DJ’s first release on his own Cadenza label since 2010. Since then he has also collaborated with Luciano in 2018 for the tracks ‘ Nabusima ’ and ‘ Hiding Hearts ’. Rebelski’s pursuit of creating compositions that allow people to lose themselves in are embodied by his ability to capture his experiences in music ; a mastery that has caught the attention of Lee Burridge , who asked him to produce a 6 track EP entitled ‘ Paper Tree EP ’ for the esteemed DJ’s prestigious label All Day I Dream. In 2021 Rebelski released his acclaimed ‘Kaleidoscope ’ EP on Amulanga records, which gained huge support from Modd, Jody Wisternoff and Supernova, to name but a few.
