Diese Mbangue

Diese Mbangue is a Cameroonian artist, singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist who blends African rhythms with modern influences to create a universal and electrifying sound he calls AfroPop. Inspired by Manu Dibango, Richard Bona, Wes Madiko, Asa, The Cavemen, Fela Kuti, James Brown, Seal, and Eko Roosevelt, he sings in banen to celebrate his roots and assert his uniqueness. Mixing contemporary sounds with ancestral rhythms, he crafts music that is vibrant and deeply authentic. Following the success of “Mane”, he unveils “Gratitude”, a luminous ode to inner peace and gratitude, fusing house, makossa, and highlife in a vibe that is both chill and danceable. A feel-good universe where every note tells a story.
