Sando Cynthia

Born on December 20, 1998, in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sando Cynthia is a talented musician, guitarist, and songwriter. Inspired by music from a young age, she launched her professional career in 2017. Her debut album, "La Vie Est Belle" (Life is Beautiful), was released in 2019 in Kigali, Rwanda. This 8-track album blends World Music and Afrobeats, drawing inspiration from her daily life, the people around her, and humanity as a whole. Sando Cynthia is renowned for her eclectic musical style, which is not confined to any one genre. She draws inspiration from African music, which she views as an expression of freedom, and from the diversity of musical styles worldwide. Her talent is recognised beyond the borders of her home country. She has been invited to radio shows in several countries and was nominated for the Actus Music Awards in Congo in 2019. In 2024, Sando Cynthia embraced Amapiano and Afro House, achieving significant success in South Africa. Her singles charted in the iTunes top 100, and her songs became some of the most streamed by a woman. In August, Sando Cynthia releases her debut EP of 6 tracks, titled "Vuvuzela," which merges Amapiano and Afro House. She considers herself the most complete artist of her generation.
