Dronningen

Dronningen is the musical vision of Beatrice Bonnano, a singer-songwriter and guitarist, originally from Italy, who has made London her home since 2011. Her sound is a captivating fusion of fuzzy electro-rock, featuring catchy guitar riffs, punchy rhythms, and anthemic choruses that linger long after the last note fades. After captivating audiences across the UK, Sweden, France, Italy, and India, Dronningen is back as a solo artist, ready to unveil a collection of new singles that promise to be irresistibly addictive and reveal a fresh chapter in her artistic journey. The name Dronningen, meaning "the queen" in Norwegian, reflects Beatrice's philosophy of living life as an active protagonist rather than a passive spectator—an empowering reminder that we only live once. Drawing inspiration from a diverse array of artists, including Juliette & The Licks, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Elastica and Bones UK, Dronningen’s music combines infectious energy with a distinctive edge, inviting listeners to join her on a bold sonic adventure.
