Bassassin

San Diego-based music producer Bassassin stands astute as a maniacal, skillful, and high-energy delivering artist whose ability to pull, control, and invigorate crowds is unprecedented and jaw-dropping in totality. Using trap, dubstep, bass house, and more in his circulation, the power is inevitable and gripping between genres from start to finish. On and off stage, DJ Bassassin creates noteworthy soundscapes and environments for fans, listeners, and events alike. Included in his arsenal of wavetable weaponry is bass-forward tracks like ‘Open Your Eyes featuring Serj Tankian’, ‘Rage Room’, and a remix of Ghastly’s ‘Help’. You can rest assured your next and every experience with Bassassin is next-level in production, skill, and over-the-top energy. Dominating his Southern-California region, this stealth-centric artist has many alluring tricks up his sleeve for the 2021 festival season. 2018 saw the self mixed and mastered Bassassin's Creed. He was also hired as a resident DJ for Moxy San Diego. In 2019 he remastered and re-released his first EP In Yo Face and shortly after that released a single featuring La Chat titled Make Money Every Day. He is also the cousin of the guitar player Frank Costa (Realms of Vision, Animosity.) In 2020 on the extra day of a leap year he released his politically inspired Covfefedm EP.
