Sakari is a soul-forward Artist and songwriter whose music moves like lava… hot, intentional, and impossible to ignore. She started singing in church as a toddler, but she is also a trained singer who studied Vocal Performance at Belmont University, Sakari is an acclaimed studio session singer and writer, collaborating with artists including Kirk Franklin, Tori Kelly, Chris Stapleton, Maren Morris, Mavis Staples, Zara Larsson, Ingrid Michaelson, and producers such as Rhythm&Truth, Goze, and Jaye Locke.
