At 26 years old, IQ has established himself as one of the leading voices of UK Dancehall, helping push the sound from the streets of London onto an international stage. Breaking onto the scene at a young age with records including “Scream,” “Slow Down” and “Righteous,” IQ quickly built a reputation for his unmistakable style, melodies and authentic Dancehall influence. His breakthrough reached another level with “Bun Fi Bun” featuring Stefflon Don, a record that became one of the defining moments of his career. Since then, IQ has continued to deliver records year after year, including “Soca Start,” “Mistyped,” “UK Dagger” and “Cypher Riddim,” building a catalogue that has helped shape the new generation of UK Dancehall. Now entering another chapter, IQ joins forces with Kid Billionz for his latest release, “Wine and Stick,” a high-energy Dancehall record already creating serious noise. Having toured and performed around the world, IQ has taken the UK Dancehall sound far beyond London, building an international fanbase while remaining rooted in the culture that created him.
