Father

Father is an Atlanta-based rapper and producer, and the founder of Awful Records. He is best known for his deadpan delivery and irreverent style that helped define a wave of underground rap in the 2010s. Since his breakout track “Look at Wrist,” he’s released seven genre-bending albums, including fan favorites Young Hot Ebony, Awful Swim, and his newest release Patricide. On his upcoming project, Patricide 2, Father blends southern rap with UK-inspired electronica and breaks, diving deeper into the new sound he touched upon in the previous installation. With hundreds of millions of streams, a dedicated cult following, and a reputation for unpredictable live shows, Father remains one of Atlanta’s most original voices.
