Larry Peace

Legendary Minneapolis DJ Larry Peace has spent nearly three decades crafting a sound that seamlessly bridges the soulful roots of funk, R&B, and disco with cutting-edge house music. Since his breakthrough in 1995, Peace has established himself as the Twin Cities' preeminent purveyor of infectious, groove-driven house – a journey that began when Chicago's revolutionary house sound first pulsed through Minnesota's underground scene. His pivotal role as Prince's personal DJ catapulted him into the spotlight, but it's Peace's relentless innovation and magnetic presence behind the decks that have kept him at the forefront of electronic music. His signature style – dynamic, fluid, and perpetually fresh – continues to captivate audiences worldwide, while his weekly Haus of Peace residency at The Saloon remains a cornerstone of Minneapolis nightlife. Since launching his production career in 2015, Peace has emerged as a formidable force in the studio. As founder of Supa Qween Records and a featured artist, or remix producer, on prestigious labels like Whitebeard Records, Boogie Brunch, Funky Revival, More Than House!!, sync.records, Swishcraft, Tazmania, and more, his tracks consistently dominate charts and DJ playlists. His collaborative resume reads like a who's who of dance music, featuring work with industry titans like Lee Dagger (Bimbo Jones), Russ Rich, BB Hayes, Luca Debonaire, Debby Holiday, Jade Starling (Pretty Poison), M is For Motion, Amuka and Thelma Houston.
