Biography & Metadata

Nick True (formerly Friends of Gavin) has supported R.E.M., The Smiths and rented his flat out to Mick Jones of The Clash. Nick formed The Horn with Jonny Taylor, Danny Monk, Alex Moorse and Ed Cox in Baker Street studio. The five wrote their debut album People Like Us, partially produced at RAK studios by Danton Supple (Coldplay, U2) Their first ever live shows were supporting Starsailor in 2022. In 2023, they broke new ground, touring the UK with Scouting For Girls and performing to a sold out audience at The Roundhouse, London whilst achieving over 1 Million streams on their debut album People Like Us which attracted support from BBC stations across the Nation. After a short hiatus, The Horn released The London EP, a classic collection of recordings made across their formative years. As The London EP hit the world, the quintet were back in RAK studios, recording their second studio album with Danton Supple (Coldplay, Starsailor, Morrissey). Guess All You Want is the first release from the upcoming record, a foot stomping anthem which sets the tone for another milestone year for the band.
