Biography & Metadata

GR!DR draws inspiration both from his past experiences and the current environment around him. Through introspective tracks, the artist invites us into his world, where the emotions driving his music resonate with us. His interest in music began at the age of 8 when he started playing the piano. However, it was at 13 that he really dove into music production and started crafting his own universe. It was the early 2010s, at the rise of EDM, with key influences like Avicii and Martin Garrix. Over the years, the young French producer experimented with various styles. He was part of EDM-producer groups that helped launch now well-known artists like Brooks (Martin Garrix, David Guetta), Olly James, and Curbi. In 2021, GR!DR posted a video tribute to Daft Punk on Twitter, earning support from San Holo, a renowned Dutch DJ and producer. His sound has evolved year after year, leaning more towards Future Bass and UK Garage, while sometimes blending in Indie-Rock and Stutter House elements. Now recognized by STMPDS, JBL, Trinix, and Martin Garrix through the JBL x Martin Garrix Academy 2024 (where he’s one of the winners), GR!DR is preparing for 2025, a year in which he's set to be ones to watch in the electronic scene.
