She is a very soft and open person but with an edge to it, which you can hear both in her lyrics and her music. Daimy fuses emotional honesty with high-impact rock energy, turning relatable, playful songwriting into something impossible to ignore. Best described as “empowering pop-rock”, Daimy writes about themes of heartbreak, mental health and self growth, making it her mission to turn pain into power. Through her work, she actively creates space for connection — championing inclusion and making listeners from all walks of life feel seen, heard, and understood. Artists similar to her style are a.o. Avril Lavigne, Paramore and YUNGBLUD. After writing songs and performing them for her solo project for several years, she decided to focus on writing for other artists as well. Therefore she has worked with a variety of songwriters, producers and artists in- and outside the country. Daimy has songs out with a.o. NEXZ, Weekly, Markus Schulz, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Paris Hilton, Timmy Trumpet, Tritonal, Phuture Noize, and Julian Jordan. Thanks to these collaborations, she has performed on some of the biggest stages in the Netherlands like Defqon.1 and a sold-out AFAS Live, and international stages like The Roxy (CA).
