The Marica Frequency

The Marica Frequency is a Welsh alternative band founded in 2015 by singer-songwriter Christopher Evans. Evans released The Marica Frequency's first album, Nursery Rhymes, independently in 2017. The majority of that album was written, and produced between London and Carmarthen (Wales). The band's line-up is constantly changing - All music is composed/written by Christopher Evans. All music recorded at the Ratboy & The Maggot Studios, Wales, UK. "I’d be very hard pressed to make a genuine complaint about anything I’ve heard on this album after absorbing everything it has to offer in-full. I think The Marica Frequency has always given us something great to listen to in their music from the past…but if I’m being sincerely honest with you all, there’s almost no doubt in my mind that this is their best record to-date" Taken From The 'Delicate' Album Review From Sleeping Bag Studios. "The Clone summons an ethereal vibe, which is evocative and majestic. Its orchestrations soar, its chorales mesmerize, and the lead voices warm you. From the very opening notes of the album, on “Cryostasis” you can sense the emotions The Marica Frequency will invite you into: comfort, euphoria, curiosity. The tracks are masterfully organized, weaving their trademark exultant and richly orchestrated stylings along with charming instrumental interludes and stunning vocals" Taken From TunedLoud's Review of 'The Clone'
