MISTRO

Titus Aries Smith, professionally known as MISTRO (Migh·Stroh), is an American music producer, DJ, and musician. MISTRO sought and found a global audience by seemingly welding contemporary jazz, deep house, and soulful grooves into an entrancing, singular sound. MISTRO is the grandson of Claydes Charles Smith, co-founder and lead guitarist of the historic group Kool & The Gang. Raised in music, MISTRO began performing classical piano at local events at age eight. By twelve, he began composing his own music, and at fourteen, he became a DJ. Richness, emotional depth, and an innovative fusing of styles signify his touch.
