Valentina (surname Pappalardo) is an English-Italian artist and producer. Solo EP releases include 'Wolves', ‘You Know Where My Happiness Went’, ‘Nature’, and most recently ‘All Are Lost’. Described in The Guardian as “a bit of a secret weapon in the world of indie electronica”… “With a gauzy electronic-pop sound that suggests Arthur Russell, Tirzah and Jamie xx”… A multi-faceted artist and highly accomplished vocalist, Valentina’s musical journey counts collaborations with UK heavyweights including Kano, Lil Silva, Hot Chip and Kindness among her accolades. Most recently her 2011 track Gabriel with Joe Goddard was reworked by Kanye West as the track BEG FORGIVENESS on his latest album VULTURES 1 which spent 3 weeks at Number 1 on the Billboard 200 charts.
