Yusuke Shima

He began his professional career in 2002. He has participated in the recording of over 800 songs and at least 100 commercials. He released four albums as his early leader unit, "Shima&ShikouDUO". He has achieved many feats, such as appearing at FujiRockFes07 and Tokyo Jazz08, which was unusual for a trumpet and piano duo, reaching number one on the Tower Records J-JAZZ chart nationwide, and making his major debut, and has been featured in various media. He has also released five albums as his current main project, "SilentJazzCase". He has released the four-part jazz comeback album "Playing Masterpieces" series, two albums with Tsugaru shamisen player Yutaka Koyama, and more. His collaborative album "Prayer" with track maker re:plus has been played over 5 million times on Spotify. He also works as a producer, heading up "Todoroki Jazz Records" and working on other jazz-related projects. He performed the national anthem on trumpet at the final of the tennis world championship "Rakuten Open 2019" (in front of the Imperial Family). 2002年から本格的にプロ活動を開始。これまでに800曲以上の楽曲に録音参加、CM録音は少なくとも100本は超える。 初期のリーダーユニット”Shima&ShikouDUO”では4作品をリリース。トランペットピアノDUO編成としては異例のFujiRockFes07、東京ジャズ08への出演、全国タワーレコードJ-JAZZチャート1位獲得、メジャーデビュー、などの快挙を果たし各種メディアで紹介される。 現在のメインプロジェクト”SilentJazzCase”としてもアルバムを5作リリース。ジャズ回帰アルバム「名曲を吹く」シリーズ4部作、津軽三味線 小山豊との2作、などをリリース。トラックメーカーre:plusとのコラボアルバム”Prayer”はSpotifyにて500万回再生を超える。 プロデューサーとしても「等々力ジャズレコーズ」を主宰し、ジャズ関連の他作品を手掛ける。 テニス世界大会「楽天オープン2019」決勝での国歌トランペット独奏（皇室観覧）。
