Biography & Metadata
Sheri Jones-Moffett is best known for her vocal on the gospel hit "Encourage Yourself" with Donald Lawrence's Tri-City Singers in the 1990s. Lawrence served as a sort of mentor to the young singer, who eventually moved on to partner with Ted Wynn in the gospel duo Ted & Sheri, who released two highly praised albums, The Healing Starts Right There and Celebrate. She began her solo career with the release of Renewed from EMI Gospel in 2009, with Power & Authority: Live in Memphis following in 2014. ~ Steve Leggett, Rovi
