Dru Chen

Dru Chen is an award-winning Singapore-based singer-songwriter, music producer, and educator whose work bridges genres and geographies. A published songwriter-producer with Universal Music Publishing Group, he has written for artists including Tia Ray and ENHYPEN, and produced for Warner Music Group, League of Legends, and Roblox. His work has garnered millions of streams and coverage from NME Asia, CNA, and The Straits Times, including co-writing the National Day Parade 2026 finale song “Sparkle.” He also DJs as DJ Hahn Lin. He has performed at festivals including the Singapore International Festival of Arts, Mosaic Music Festival, and Soulfest, sharing festival stages with D’Angelo and Babyface. His albums Mirror Work (2019) and Mirror Work 2 (2025) have both received Freshmusic Awards recognition. Dru is a lecturer at Republic Polytechnic's School of Technology for Arts, Media and Design, and contributes to the arts ecosystem through past SGMUSO advisory board service and NAC panels.
