SANROKU

sanroku, beatmaker, producer sanroku creates delicate, spacious hiphop beats — a soundtrack for quiet nights, foggy mornings, and moments between thoughts. Originally from Osaka and now based in the peaceful mountains of Kochi, Japan, he draws inspiration from Japanese jazz, ambient textures, and the deep grooves of Black music. His sound blends gentle melodies with tight, dope drums — beats that remain powerful even in silence. In addition to his solo work, sanroku has produced tracks for various Japanese rappers and singers. As his sound continues to resonate beyond borders, he is now setting his sights on international collaborations and placements. With past releases on overseas labels and live performances abroad, sanroku continues to refine a style that feels both intimate and expansive. For those who seek stillness in sound, grounded by rhythm .
