Avani Satra

A vocalist, writer, and arranger, Avani Satra has carved out her place in the New York City scene with performances at Sultan Room, City Winery, Mercury Lounge, and beyond. Her arrangements draw from a deep background in choral and vocal ensemble direction, woven together with a lifelong love of melisma and ear candy. Avani appears as a featured artist on Jai Wolf's latest track, "Throw Ya Body". She has appeared twice on Spotify's editorial playlist "Hangover Detox" and has built a niche community on TikTok through observant music analysis and soft vocal renditions. When you put her on, you may find yourself wanting to stroll in the sun, sway your hips, and text your friends (or all of these at once).
