Founded in Tallinn in 2010 by Dmitry Darling, Freakangel has grown from a dark electro project into one of Estonia’s leading industrial acts. Blending industrial metal, dark electro, modern electronic production and cinematic soundscapes, the band has forged a powerful and unmistakable identity. Written, produced and fronted by Dmitry Darling, Freakangel has performed extensively across Europe, appearing at festivals such as Resistanz (UK) and Wave-Gotik-Treffen (Germany), while also bringing their explosive live show to audiences in Mexico and the United States. Their track My Darling Bullet has surpassed 1.5 million Spotify streams and was featured in the season finale of HBO’s The Righteous Gemstones, introducing Freakangel’s music to a worldwide audience. Recent releases, including Death Bloom and Control, showcase the band’s continued evolution while staying true to the dark melodic intensity that has defined Freakangel since its inception.
