Limaraya

Limaraya is a fictional five-piece Indonesian band based in Yogyakarta, rooted in modern Indonesian cinematic pop, indie pop, and UK indie. Rather than settling into one genre, their sound follows each story moving between warm guitars, melodic bass, cinematic keys, intimate vocals, and unexpected grooves. In Limaraya's world, it begins in Kirana's room: late conversations, spontaneous jams, unfinished melodies, and five friends balancing studies, personal dreams, and everyday life. The lineup is Sarah Nadyasmara (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Kirana Laksita (bass), Aluna Prabaswati (lead guitar, vocals), Tanaya Elvara (keyboards, vocals), and Keira Atmarani (drums, electronic percussion). While Sarah anchors the band's vocal identity, Aluna and Tanaya also take the lead on individual parts. Spektrum Rasa (2025) explores love, exhaustion, family, and making peace with oneself through intimate, diary-like songs. Anahata (2026) expands the palette with genre-blending indie pop, alt-R&B touches, and atmospheric production. Across both, the writing moves between honest confessions, playful observations, and open-ended poetry. Created by Bobby Fajar Christian, Limaraya is a fictional music universe where friendship and individual stories continue beyond the songs.
