Between earth and sky, there is Camille. For more than twenty years, the artist has been exploring the endless possibilities of the voice, song, and the living world. First emerging in 2002 with Le Sac des Filles, she quickly stood out through her distinctive songwriting and organic approach to music, blending polyphony, breath, the body, and emotion. Following Le Fil, Music Hole, Ilo Veyou and OUÏ, Camille now unveils The Sound of Milk, a project conceived as an intimate fresco shaped over more than fifteen years. Across three chapters Birth, Childhood and Adolescence, she explores the connections between motherhood, transmission, creation, and memory. From recordings of songs made with her family to luminous, socially conscious pop, Camille celebrates joy as a vital force while questioning what we pass on to future generations. With The Sound of Milk, she returns to the very essence of singing: bringing people together, healing, and making the world resonate.
