Biography & Metadata
STLR wrote his first song when he was 15 and hasn’t stopped since. He formed his first band with some high school friends called Project Sunday. They cut their chops in local venues and bars as well as contributing 3 songs on SGM Records’ MultiTracks Volume 1 CD compilation. He left Project Sunday and joined a band called Shine who’s founding members were the remanence of a popular local band Soul Kiss. Shine had some regional success and were featured on a hugely popular compilation series that show cased local talent called Pointessential (Volume 7) produced by the biggest alternative rock station in the area105.7 The Point. Shine played some of the biggest venues in the area opening for such national acts as Kings X, The Verve Pipe and Luce as well as being a part of the Miller Music Festival. After the breakup of Shine, STLR continued to hone his songwriting skills and collaborates with artist all over the world.
