Captain Margaret

'Captain Margaret' are an Indie Rock / Electro band from Norwich UK. Jonny Woods created 'Captain Margaret' as a way of creating, producing and publishing music and a means of providing friends with a platform to collaborate and showcase our musical creativity. Jonny is regularly joined by fellow musician and creator Dan Woodcock. We both share a love of Indie / Alternative music, with Dan leaning more towards the alternative and Jonny towards the electro side. Dan and Jonny went to school together and have been in bands together in various guises throughout. They've always had a great natural song writing appreciation of each other, so coming together as Captain Margaret is an excellent way to showcase this. Captain Margaret have released two albums, 'Captain Margaret' (2024) and 'The Monsters Within' (2025), and have a third coming late 2026; a double album 'Popular Gardening 1973'.
