Frankie Ballard

Matching his sunset vocal buzz with fluid musicality and the charismatic-cool of a classic American artist, Frankie Ballard is a hit making singer-songwriter with a whole new perspective. A Battle Creek, Michigan native inspired by giants like Howlin’ Wolf, Elvis Presley, and Johnny Cash, Ballard’s 2010 debut led to a trio of consecutive Billboard #1 country singles – the Gold-certified “Helluva Life,” Platinum-certified “Sunshine & Whiskey,” and “Young & Crazy.” He’s gone on to garner 1 billion global streams as a country rocker with a throwback edge, touring alongside Bob Seger, Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, and more. But after spending 200+ days on the road every year through 2020, the freewheeling frontman decided self-destruction had run its course. Now, after his 2025 return on The Messenger, a new chapter completes his transformation. No longer an idealistic talent, caught up in the approval-seeking machine, Ballard has grown into the integrity-focused truth teller he was meant to be. Tapping a creative partnership with Grammy-winning songwriter/producer Tyler Bryant, the revitalized star is now a man of mission, renewed by his role as a husband, father, and artist. With a bigger-picture vision of song craft embracing equal parts calling and confidence, an organic fusion of country, classic rock, and gospel backs a fresh sense of purpose, from one of modern country’s most gifted natural talents.
