Sum Wave

Sum Wave makes electronic music for the hours after midnight - dreamy melodies drifting over echoing harmonies, unhurried and more atmospheric than anthemic. Niclas Gustavsson grew up in Gothenburg on the club records of Tiesto and Armin van Buuren, then taught himself to produce on midi controllers, trusting his own melodic instinct from the start. He still lives in Gothenburg, with a wife and two young children he calls the most honest critics of his music, and he spends his days building houses and his nights masterminding house tracks. The catalogue has passed 117 million streams across different streaming platforms and 9.2 billion track views on YouTube.
