Biography & Metadata

Nathan Leazer is a Country, Americana and folk singer-songwriter from Rockwell, North Carolina, whose music is rooted in honest storytelling and the belief that songs can give voice to the things people often struggle to say out loud. Inspired by songwriters such as Paul Simon, James Taylor and Tyler Childers, Nathan's writing explores memory, belonging, hope and resilience with quiet sincerity, drawing listeners into stories that feel deeply personal yet universally relatable. His breakout releases, including Why, Dreaming of a Memory, Smoke and Mirrors and Shadows, have amassed more than 10 million streams globally, while his live performances have sold out London venues including The Troubadour and The Water Rats. He has also performed across three stages at C2C Festival, Europe's largest country music festival. Nathan's 2026 debut EP, Dreaming of a Memory, marks a defining chapter in his journey. While the songs aren't about one single event, they were written by someone whose understanding of life, purpose and human connection was profoundly changed during his time in the UK and Europe. Today, Nathan continues to split his time between North Carolina and the UK, using music not only to tell honest stories but also to encourage open conversations around men's mental health. His hope is simple: that every listener walks away feeling a little more understood, a little less alone, and reminded that the hardest things to say are often the ones most worth sharing.
