Typo

Defying definition, TYPO is the genre transcendent creation of Los Angeles-based artist, Max McGrath. Pairing evocative bass lines and heavy-hitting synth design, Typo's signature sound blends cohesion and versatility. Acclaimed for his infectious energy behind the decks, Typo carefully crafts a story throughout the music scene and festival circuit. His music has earned widespread support from artists such as Joyryde, Dr Fresch, 4B, ALRT, Nostalgix, and RayBen just to name a few. His music has premiered on stages and music festivals all around the globe such as EDC, Ultra, Lost Lands, Groove Cruise, Dancefestopia, Breakaway and beyond. Behind the words, behind the brand, TYPO and Max are synonymous. Testing limits and breaking boundaries are intrinsic to both producer and project, the only constants being high energy, elevated production, and good times. Whether he's throwing down heavy bass house sets the TYPO experience is unlike any other. Undefinable, uncontainable, and unpredictable. Follow TYPO as he ditches the rough drafts and breaks rules across the music scene.
