Julio Ade

Julio Ade is a Nigerian-British singer and songwriter bringing his own perspective to contemporary Afropop. With roots in Lagos and an upbringing shaped by British culture, his music blends infectious African rhythms, smooth melodies and an unmistakable sense of confidence. Moving between romance, desire and the complications of modern relationships, Julio creates music that feels equally at home in intimate late-night moments and on the dancefloor. His sound is playful, melodic and effortlessly charismatic, often exploring the fine line between being a lover and being the problem. Having first discovered music through rap at the age of 11, Julio's journey has evolved from recording freestyles to developing a distinctive sound and visual identity. His latest chapter, LUVVA BOY, brings that identity into focus. Led by records including Close 2 Me and Moroccan Girl, the five-track project introduces a world of attraction, temptation and unapologetic romance. This is Julio Ade. Welcome to the world of LUVVA BOY.
