Marys Creek

MarysCreek is a Swedish melodic hard rock band from Mjölby/Linköping, formed in 2004 by singer/guitarist Mats Nilsson and drummer Stefan Halldin. We create powerful guitar-driven rock with strong melodies, soaring choruses and emotional depth – blending classic hard rock spirit with modern energy. Our debut album Some Kind of Hate (MTM Music, 2007) gained international attention across Europe. Through lineup changes and the EP Incubic Twin we built a loyal fanbase by touring hard and sharing stages with acts such as Takida, Evergrey, Uriah Heep, The Poodles, Bonfire, Hardline and S.O.T.O. In 2016 we signed with Escape Music and released the critically acclaimed Infinity, followed by extensive European touring (InfiniTour). Today the band consists of Mats Nilsson (vocals/guitar), Jonas Hallberg (guitar), Roger Blomberg (bass), Alexander Eriksson (guitar) and Anton Wessman (drums). In spring 2026 we released our powerful new album The Beginning Of The End – recorded by Johan Rapp and Mats Nilsson, mixed and mastered by Niels Nielsen. A new chapter with sharper riffs, bigger hooks and raw intensity. Influenced by Europe, Dream Theater and Kamelot, MarysCreek delivers modern melodic hard rock filled with massive choruses and cinematic emotion. MarysCreek 2026: louder, sharper, and more alive than ever. Follow us for new music, live dates and updates. Turn up the volume and let the riffs take over! 🤘
