The Gold Standard

The Gold Standard is a Brooklyn-based rap trio redefining what it means to carry the torch for hip hop. Made up of Marcus “Stone” Johnson, Devon “Lingo” Carter, and Tyrone “Ace” Miller, the group militates for hip hop excellence, channeling the spirit of the golden era while shaping a sound that’s crystal clear, fresh, and unapologetically modern. Their music blends raw lyricism, sharp storytelling, and head-nodding beats with the polished energy of today’s production. More than just a rap group, The Gold Standard is a movement. Their mission is to bring authenticity back into the culture — bridging the foundation laid by legends with the hunger and innovation of a new generation. On stage, they’re magnetic; in the studio, they’re relentless perfectionists. Together, they raise the bar and remind the world why hip hop remains the most powerful voice of the streets.
