Stefano Gamma

Stefano Gamma is an Italian DJ, producer and label owner whose work has been part of the international house scene since the 1990s. He first gained wide recognition with Until The Day, a UK Buzz Chart #1 released on FFRR and supported by Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1. Working under different aliases, most notably De Gama and The Knowledge, he has produced and remixed extensively, collaborating with vocalists such as Byron Stingily, Michelle Weeks and Robert Owens. Among his later projects, Afrika became one of his most widely played recordings. He is also the founder of Samosa Records, a vinyl-only imprint appreciated by DJs and collectors for its carefully curated releases. As a DJ, Stefano Gamma’s sets draw from classic house, disco and soul-rooted dance music, combining rare vinyl, timeless records and personal re-edits with a strong focus on groove and musical selection.
