RAYZIR

RAYZIR (an anagram of his first name Yarriz) is a promising multi-talented DJ, producer and vocalist from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Born in 1991, he is a true ‘90s kid and grew up in a time when electronic music was on the rise. His involvement in this growing music culture from its beginning has made him a multi-faceted electronic musician with a deep understanding of the history of dance music, alongside all the different genres music has to offer. He has gained support from the likes of industry heavyweights such as Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi and Loco Dice, to name a few. RAYZIR has now signed on top quality labels such as Elrow, Nervous, South of Saturn, MUSE, TBX, Avotre, Microhertz, Cuff and counting, has reached the top 5 on Beatport with his music alongside Miguel Lobo and has had airtime on BBC Radio 1. He has worked on collaborations with those at the top of the scene internationally including Emanuel Satie, Reelow, Iglesias, Proudly People and Daniel Orpi, amongst others. In 2022, during Amsterdam Dance Event, he was even selected as one of the ‘The Future Of Dance’ artists worldwide by 1001Tracklists. He has performed in Europe’s biggest Elrow Town Festival in The Netherlands where he resides, and is one of the artists on the line up of Amsterdam’s critically acclaimed Straf_Werk Festival, also having played in multiple clubs around the world from Romania and Serbia to Bali.
