Robin Thurston

Music to lose yourself in. Robin Thurston’s productions powerfully interweave evocative melodies, emotional storytelling and compelling sound design. Inspired by travel and the grandeur of nature, his tracks are as at home soundtracking escapades into the unknown as they are fuelling dancefloor euphoria. As an electronic artist, Thurston’s modern take on the progressive sound cocoons you in soaring melodies, wistful motifs and dramatic dynamic peaks. The emotive call to the wild that once sparked wanderlust in Thurston reflected back in the widescreen technicolour palette of the dancefloor weapons he now creates. Having released music on a string of high-profile melodic and progressive house labels such as Particles, Soundteller, Bonzai, Emergent Properties, ARRVL, AH Digital and BC2, Thurston has been busily preparing new material. With his production prowess demonstrated on tracks like ‘Cura Borchero’ and ‘Lost in the Moment,’ picking up support from El Maestro himself Hernan Cattaneo, Robin Thurston's music invites listeners to lose themselves on the dancefloor in an expansive sonic hinterland.
